About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at R Tax Solution. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Communication Strategies

Develop and implement effective communication strategies to engage with our clients, promote our services, and build strong relationships.

Provide Exceptional Customer Service

Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.

Assist with Marketing Initiatives

Assist with the development and implementation of marketing initiatives to promote our services and increase brand awareness.

Maintain Accurate Records

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, including correspondence, meetings, and phone calls.

Collaborate with Team Members

Work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Computer Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook

Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30-35 hours per week in a fast-paced environment.

Language

English is the primary language of communication in this role.
