Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to join our rapidly growing creative team. As a key member of our team, you will assist in all facets of our agency's creative output, from branding to production design to print layout to video assets.

The ideal candidate will be a visual thinker, a self-starter who can identify creative opportunities, and a hard worker who wants to build their portfolio in an industry that's full of possibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the planning of creative concepts by studying relevant information and following strategic/creative briefs.
  • Support the senior designer on brand development and brand identity projects for industrial clients.
  • Illustrate concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size, and style.
  • Prepare finished art by operating necessary equipment and software.
  • Coordinate with outside agencies, art services, web designers, marketing teams, printers, and colleagues as necessary.
  • Work with the Creative Director and Senior Designer on special internal and client projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or similar formal training in graphic design, specifically the Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
  • Understanding and experience with general marketing strategy, production, website design, corporate identity, collateral design, advertisements, and multimedia design.
  • Strong presentation and visualization skills with the ability to effectively communicate creative ideas and concepts.
