Job Title: Graphic Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at Axios Mining Corp.

Job Summary

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual communications that meet the needs of our clients. This includes estimating time to complete graphic designs and illustrations, adapting existing illustrations, and consulting with clients to determine the nature and content of illustrations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate time to complete graphic designs and illustrations
  • Adapt existing illustrations to meet client needs
  • Consult with clients to determine the nature and content of illustrations
  • Develop and produce realistic or representational sketches and final illustrations
  • Produce 2-D and 3-D animated drawings or computer illustrations
  • Work in a multidisciplinary environment
  • Coordinate all aspects of production for print, audio-visual or electronic materials
  • Consult with clients to establish the overall look, graphic elements and content of communications materials
  • Determine the medium best suited to produce the desired visual effect and the most appropriate vehicle for communication
  • Develop the graphic elements that meet the clients' objectives
  • Prepare sketches, layouts and graphic elements
Work Environment

The Graphic Designer will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and be able to work under pressure.

Requirements
  • College/CEGEP education
  • 1-2 years of experience in graphic design
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
