As a Security Operations Lead, you will play a vital role in maintaining a secure environment for our employees, clients, and assets. You will be responsible for coordinating activities with other departments, monitoring performance levels, and providing guidance to your team members.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and well-being of all personnel and property.
- Supervise and train security personnel on best practices, safety regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities.
- Prepare reports on security activities, incidents, and trends to management.
- Collaborate with other departments to address security concerns and ensure a cohesive approach to safety.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Security Guard License.
- Minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a security supervisory role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate and guide a team.
