Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Marketing Programs Manager to spearhead the development and execution of Growth and Partner marketing initiatives aimed at our target audiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Operations to implement integrated marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and accelerate revenue growth.
- Formulate partner marketing strategies in conjunction with the Partnerships team to expand our global partner network and nurture existing relationships.
- Drive the ideation, strategy, and execution of comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaigns tailored to prospects and partners.
- Lead the creation of account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives at both the individual and small group levels.
- Work alongside the Performance Marketing team to design and execute digital advertising campaigns across various platforms including LinkedIn, Google, and more.
- Oversee content syndication investments targeting potential clients.
- Manage and coordinate global industry events, webinars, and sponsorships.

Partner Engagement
- Develop scalable co-marketing programs and engagement strategies to align with shared objectives with partners.
- Create and enhance partner-facing enablement materials for onboarding and training purposes.
- Manage campaign budgets, timelines, resources, and processes effectively.

Performance Measurement
- Establish and evaluate program performance metrics, utilizing data-driven insights for informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with Content and Product Marketing teams to identify and produce assets that support demand generation efforts.
- Partner with Operations to conduct actionable analyses that measure program performance against our sales funnel.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing and ABM within B2B SaaS organizations, with at least 3 years focused on digital advertising.
- Proven expertise in implementing successful integrated marketing campaigns.
- Familiarity with lead management processes, marketing automation tools, and CRM systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; an MBA or relevant certifications are advantageous.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on developing impactful marketing programs.
