Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at CIRCLE K. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively manage and allocate tasks to our sales team to ensure seamless customer service and efficient store operations.
- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop our sales team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
- Order Merchandise: Coordinate with our inventory team to ensure that our store is stocked with the right products at the right time.
- Authorize Returns: Process customer returns and exchanges in a fair and efficient manner.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage our sales team's work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize labor costs.
- Sell Merchandise: Provide exceptional customer service and promote our products to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Prepare Reports: Analyze sales data and prepare reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize Inventory: Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure that our store is organized and visually appealing.
- Supervise Staff: Provide guidance and support to our sales team to ensure they are meeting their performance goals.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and heavy workload
- Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, and handling heavy loads
- Personal Suitability: Accurate, client-focused, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, reliable, and team player
- Permanent Full-Time Position: 30 hours per week
- English Language: English is the primary language of communication
