We are looking for an energetic and innovative individual to join our team as a Social Media Community Leader. In this position, you will be tasked with managing and enhancing our presence on Instagram and TikTok. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about community engagement, possesses a strong grasp of social media platforms, and demonstrates exceptional strategic and analytical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to boost engagement, follower count, and brand visibility on Instagram and TikTok;
  • Produce and curate captivating content, including videos, images, and captions, tailored to the audience and trends of each platform;
  • Build a sense of community by interacting with followers, addressing comments/messages, and sparking conversations;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to synchronize social media initiatives with marketing campaigns, product launches, and events;
  • Monitor and evaluate social media performance metrics, track trends, and identify opportunities for enhancement and growth;
  • Stay informed about the latest social media trends, features, and best practices to maintain a competitive advantage.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts, especially Instagram and TikTok, for a brand or organization;
  • Solid understanding of social media algorithms, analytics tools, and performance metrics;
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a creative approach to content creation;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment;
  • Proven ability to coordinate projects and drive results;
  • Passion for community engagement and fostering meaningful interactions;
  • Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software is advantageous;
  • No formal education is required.
