Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Edgelink Communications Ltd. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Respond to phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter data into our systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all necessary supplies and equipment are available.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, and Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Working Conditions:
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a seated position for extended periods, with occasional standing and walking.
