About the Role

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at Allied Tooling Technologies Inc. as a Precision Fabrication Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for computing dimensions and tolerances of machine parts, measuring and laying out work pieces, and reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dimensional Analysis: Compute dimensions and tolerances of machine parts to ensure precise fabrication.
  • Workpiece Preparation: Measure and lay out work pieces in preparation for assembly, ensuring accurate and efficient production.
  • Engineering Documentation: Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables to inform fabrication decisions.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Repair machine tools and parts, and maintain, repair, and calibrate precision measuring instruments.
  • Quality Control: Verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments, and document and report deviations from specifications and tolerances.
  • Inspection and Reporting: Maintain inspection records and complete inspection reports, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in CNC machining or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
