Job Title: Mobile Patrol Security Guard

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mobile Patrol Security Guard to join our team at Paladin Security. As a Mobile Patrol Security Guard, you will be responsible for providing security services to our clients in a mobile patrol capacity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct mobile patrols of designated areas to ensure the safety and security of clients and their properties.
  • Respond to security incidents and emergencies in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills to clients and colleagues.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced and potentially stressful environment.
  • Ability to work 10-12 hour night shifts, including A shift (1630-0230hrs), B shift (2200-0800hrs), and D shift (0800-1630hrs).
Requirements:
  • Class 5 or higher driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.
  • Ability to lead, plan, organize, delegate, and problem-solve.
  • Able to deal with high stress levels.
  • Ability to respect and promote a culturally diverse population.
  • Capable of walking up to 10 km a day.
  • Ability to run short distances.
  • Willingness to be exposed to dangerous situations alone.
  • Exceptional customer service, professionalism, and communication skills.
  • Advanced security training will be provided to successful candidates.
  • First aid certification is an asset; training will be provided to successful candidates.
