Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at New Oriental Buffet. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead a team of food preparation and service staff to ensure seamless execution of our menu offerings.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage ingredient and supply requirements to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high standards of quality and consistency.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Scheduling: Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak periods.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Support for Persons with Disabilities: Provide physical accessibility accommodations and support social and labour market integration of newcomers and/or refugees.
  • Support for Youths: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth.
