The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering industry insights, structured approaches, and meeting revenue objectives aligned with the company's mission. Your primary goal will be to exceed financial targets, evaluate operational processes, and implement recommendations for continuous growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships to foster revenue enhancement
- Engage and secure key national accounts
- Consistently surpass established sales goals
- Facilitate contract negotiations, utilizing market intelligence to acquire new business while ensuring profitability
- Leverage experience with HPSA, GPOs, and governmental entities to advocate for the Daniels brand
- Develop and present strategic account plans that align with the objectives of Daniels Health
- Maintain a thorough and accurate customer portfolio, ensuring compliance with pricing and service expectations
- Utilize industry knowledge to pinpoint sales growth opportunities and improve service offerings
- Analyze sales data and market trends to devise effective strategies
- Provide guidance on pricing strategies, organizational structure, and team leadership
- Stay updated on market developments and propose innovative products and sales techniques
- Participate in industry trade events and conferences
- Employ Salesforce CRM for tracking opportunities, forecasting revenue, and managing accounts
- Understand and proficiently execute all sales processes, linking them to operational goals
- Generate management reports as necessary to ensure effective communication with leadership
Candidate Qualifications:
- A minimum of 4 years of experience managing a sales team, preferably in a National Account context
- 4 years of successful individual sales experience
- Proven track record in developing and implementing effective sales strategies
- Expertise in engaging key stakeholders at the National Account level
- Strong background in national account sales and customer engagement
- Exceptional critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Ability to collaborate across various departments
- Strong organizational and process management skills
- Experience in crafting and executing sales strategies to meet business objectives
- Proficiency in Excel and Salesforce is highly desirable
