Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team at ROHIT JASSAL. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene
  • Provide companionship and engage in regular exercise, such as walking
  • Launder clothing and household linens, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, and cook as needed
  • Shop for food and household supplies
Requirements:
  • CPR Certificate and First Aid Certificate
  • Criminal record check and reference required
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and perform physically demanding tasks
  • Reliability, punctuality, and honesty
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a similar field of employment
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
