Maintenance Worker - Building

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team at KCLC Properties, ULC. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and maintain a clean environment
  • Perform minor repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment
  • Perform safety and security checks
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Will train
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Physical capabilities: bending, crouching, kneeling
Work Environment:

Our hotel, motel, and resort facilities offer a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. As a Maintenance Worker, you will be working in a team-oriented setting with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
