About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marine Equipment Electrician to join our team at Neptunus Yachts International Inc. as an Electrical Systems Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Electrical System Maintenance: Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair industrial, electrical, and electronic control systems and other related devices.
  • Equipment Installation: Install and test switchgear, transformers, switchboard meters, regulators, and reactors.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of stored material.
  • Electrical System Design: Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics, and electrical code specifications to determine layout of industrial electrical equipment installations.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all electrical systems and equipment meet safety and quality standards.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in electrical systems maintenance and repair.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Environment: Confined spaces, dusty, hot.
  • Physical Demands: Manual dexterity, attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, ability to distinguish between colors, combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, kneeling, handling heavy loads, physically demanding, repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, tight deadlines.
