Key Responsibilities- Prepare patients for dental examinations and ensure they are comfortable and informed throughout the process.
- Order and maintain dental and office supplies to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Perform administrative tasks, including scheduling and confirming appointments, and maintaining accurate records.
- Take and develop X-rays as needed to support patient care.
- Invoice patients for dental services and ensure timely payment.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a dental or healthcare setting.
- Permanent position with 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
