About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Drafting Technician to join our team at STARLINE WINDOWS LTD. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed engineering designs and drawings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Drafting: Prepare and develop engineering designs and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior drafting personnel to ensure high-quality work and efficient workflow.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to new drafting personnel to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Documentation: Develop and prepare design sketches, technical reports, and specifications.
