We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Simply Pho You. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as training staff in food preparation and handling.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes, adhering to high standards of quality and safety.
- Train staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Order supplies and equipment as needed to support kitchen operations.
- Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient and effective workflow.
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- Safe Food Handling certificate
- Food Safety Certificate
- Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a focus on ethnic cuisine.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- On-site housing options
