The Senior Vice President - Community and Educational Services will play a pivotal role in overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of our organization. This position is essential for ensuring that our policies and programs align with our mission to provide exceptional services in health, education, and community support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to implement organizational strategies and initiatives.
- Authorize the formation of major departments and appoint senior leadership roles.
- Coordinate activities across various regions and divisions to ensure seamless operations.
- Set organizational objectives and develop or endorse policies and programs that drive success.
- Act as a representative of the organization in negotiations and official functions, or delegate this responsibility as necessary.
- Recruit and select middle management and executive staff, empowering them with the authority needed to succeed.
- Establish financial and administrative controls, oversee promotional strategies, and guide human resources planning.
Qualifications:
- Education: Completion of a College/CEGEP program or equivalent experience.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 to 5 years in a leadership role within the relevant sectors.
