Senior Manager, Information Security

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Information Security to lead our enterprise insider threat management program. This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of information security principles and practices, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and oversee the development of the enterprise insider threat management program, ensuring it aligns with the Bank's risk management framework.
- Oversee task prioritization and coordinate resources to ensure timely completion of program objectives.
- Foster strong working relationships across detection, investigative, and lines of business to ensure effective collaboration and information sharing.
- Grow team expertise to align with the Bank's direction, assessing team skills and capabilities and identifying opportunities for development and enhancement.
- Foster a culture that encourages productivity, innovation, process improvement, teamwork, and professionalism.
- Inform organizational structure for long-term success and sustainability, ensuring the program is well-integrated into the Bank's overall risk management framework.
- University degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information security, or a related field.
- 7+ years of relevant experience in information security, with a strong focus on insider threat management.
- Future-focused, providing thought leadership and strategic guidance to the team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to oversee and manage a team with moderate to large scope, risk, and complexity.
