POSITION OVERVIEW:

  • Oversee production operations at the facility to surpass operational and financial objectives

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide leadership and direction for manufacturing processes, personnel, and projects
  • Guide Shift Production Supervisors in training and employee motivation
  • Execute strategies aligned with departmental and organizational goals
  • Build and lead a diverse, skilled team for ongoing optimal performance
  • Promote lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement efforts
  • Ensure a safe working environment with a goal of zero injuries

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 7-10 years of experience in manufacturing with a strong emphasis on safety management
  • Expertise in Lean Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement practices
  • Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
  • University degree preferred in engineering or a related field
  • Familiarity with SAP/Oracle JDE is advantageous
  • Demonstrated success in continuous improvement initiatives and team development
