Position: Parking Operations Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate the daily functions of the Security Division by:

  1. Ensuring effective supervision of staff members
  2. Designating and managing work assignments
  3. Compiling reports; distributing uniforms; mentoring and training on established procedures and promptly addressing any disciplinary issues with management
  4. Enforcing compliance with liquor regulations
  5. Facilitating smooth traffic management
  6. Upholding traffic regulations
  7. Issuing parking citations
  8. Investigating incidents, resolving complaints, and gathering data to propose solutions
  9. Monitoring and documenting event capacity
  10. Performing additional tasks as required
Employment Status: Part-Time

Qualifications
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
We invite applications from candidates who meet the following criteria:

  1. Minimum age of nineteen (19) years
  2. Completion of grade twelve (12) education or GED equivalent preferred
  3. Ability to stand and walk for the entirety of the shift
  4. Current First Aid certification
  5. Previous supervisory experience is an advantage
  6. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
  7. Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  8. Proven ability to work cooperatively and efficiently with others
  9. Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of motivating team members
  10. Excellent time-management abilities and a history of delivering quality outcomes with attention to detail
  11. Strong decision-making capabilities
  12. Willingness to work irregular or extended hours as necessary to fulfill operational needs or to engage in evening and off-hour activities
  13. Possession of a valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver's License
  14. Must be able to obtain and maintain a satisfactory Criminal Record Check throughout employment
