Parking Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Parking Supervisor. As a key member of our event operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our parking facilities during events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of parking staff to ensure efficient and safe parking operations.
  • Monitor and enforce parking procedures and guidelines to protect guests, employees, and company assets.
  • Collaborate with other departments, clients, and emergency services to ensure a seamless event experience.
  • Perform daily tasks such as preparing reports, distributing uniforms, and coaching staff on proper processes and protocols.
  • Investigate incidents, address complaints, and compile data to recommend solutions.
  • Record and track event capacity numbers.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 19 years of age.
  • Grade 12 education or GED equivalent preferred.
  • Able to walk/stand for full duration of shift.
  • Current First Aid certification.
  • Previous supervision experience an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well as part of a team.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
  • Ability to work cooperatively and effectively with others.
  • Excellent leadership skills with proven ability to lead and motivate team members.
  • Strong time-management skills and proven track record of delivering quality results with attention to detail.
  • Excellent decision-making skills.
  • May work odd or long hours at a time to complete operational requirements, projects, or to participate in or coordinate evening and off-hour activities.
  • Possess a valid Class 5 Saskatchewan Driver's License.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a satisfactory Criminal Record Check for the duration of employment.
