Job Title: Business Process Consultant

Location: Remote

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Consultant to support our public sector client in improving the administration of their corporate security program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for documenting, updating, assessing, and recommending improvements to existing security processes for their financial systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze existing security processes to identify areas for improvement
  • Document and define roles and responsibilities between security function groups
  • Develop and map new processes and recommended changes, including an assessment of potential impacts on the security function
  • Identify opportunities for efficiencies and service improvement where internal controls should be improved
  • Develop communication for internal/external stakeholders on upcoming changes to the contract security function
  • Provide advice on and assist in implementing new processes

Requirements:

  • Secret level of Security Clearance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in business process improvement and security process optimization
