Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inclusion/Integration Instructor to join our team at Brampton. As an Inclusion/Integration Instructor, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing high-quality programs that cater to individuals with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver safe and stimulating programs for individuals with disabilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and engage with participants and their families
  • Support participants with daily needs, including personal hygiene, toileting, feeding, and behavior modifications
  • Utilize specialized equipment and apparatus
  • Complete daily communication logs and share information with parents/guardians
  • Act as a witness in administering medications
  • Maintain a safe and tidy program space
  • Report concerns, accidents, and incidents to the supervisor
  • Understand and adhere to corporate policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities
  • Current Standard First Aid/CPR C certification
  • High Five Principles of Healthy Child Development or Sport Certification (an asset)
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills

Preferred Criteria:

  • LLifesaving Society Safeguard certification

Selection Criteria:
