Live Video Defense is seeking a dedicated individual for the role of a Video Monitoring Officer. This position involves utilizing specialized software to oversee live video feeds and adhere to established protocols during incidents. The ideal candidate will be expected to work various shifts, including 4, 8, and 12-hour schedules, across weekdays and weekends. This full-time role offers an hourly wage of $16.00, with potential for overtime. Comprehensive training will be provided to the successful applicant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Vigilantly monitor video feeds for prolonged periods while maintaining focus.
- Operate surveillance technology to ensure precise video documentation of any irregularities or deviations from standard operations.
- Availability to work during weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts as required.
- Compose clear, concise, and factual reports, collecting relevant documentation regarding all incidents occurring within monitored areas.
- Report any suspicious activities to the appropriate authorities and designated personnel as necessary.
- Execute additional related tasks as assigned.
Required Skills:
- Strong verbal communication skills in English, both in person and over the phone.
- Excellent vision and hearing capabilities.
- Proficiency in basic arithmetic operations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
- Fundamental computer skills and familiarity with Windows Office suite applications.
