We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director Assistant to join our team at 2271645 ALBERTA INC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Executive Director in implementing organizational policies and programs.
Key Responsibilities- Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
- Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
- Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
- Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
- Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office.
- Security and Safety: Must undergo a criminal record check.
- Transportation/Travel Information: Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and with attention to detail.
