About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Installation Specialist to join our team at KP DOORS AND TRIMS INC. as a Kitchen Cabinet Fitter. As a Cabinetmaker and Installer, you will be responsible for installing kitchen cabinets and vanities with precision and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine layout and installation procedures for kitchen cabinets and vanities
  • Measure and mark guidelines for installations, ensuring accurate placement and alignment
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, including loading and unloading trucks
  • Utilize hand and power tools to complete installations efficiently
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installations
  • Work independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the field of cabinet installation
  • Ability to work on the road and in various work settings
  • Attention to detail and ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
  • Physical capabilities to lift and move heavy materials and equipment
