Position Overview

As a Kitchen Manager at Cloud Nine Bar & Grill, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the culinary operations to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school diploma is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
Work Environment

This position is set within a vibrant restaurant atmosphere, where you will be responsible for managing kitchen activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective methods to achieve work schedules.
  • Order food and kitchen supplies as needed.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff engaged in food preparation and portioning.
  • Estimate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation.
  • Ensure that food quality and service meet established standards.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste.
  • Create and manage staff work schedules.
Work Conditions
  • Fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the shift.
  • Prolonged periods of standing may be required.
  • Physical demands of the role necessitate attention to detail.
