Job Title: Driver, Ready-Mix

The Western Corp is seeking a skilled Driver, Ready-Mix to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for safely operating a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete materials to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a ready-mix truck to transport concrete materials to various job sites
  • Ensure the safe and efficient delivery of materials, adhering to all relevant regulations and company policies
  • Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and dispatchers to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including cargo information, hours of service, and fuel consumption
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience as a ready-mix truck driver
  • Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with air brakes endorsement
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to perform the demands of the job
