Position Overview:

The role of Deputy Director at the School of Accounting & Finance within the Centre for Business division is now available. This position involves providing both academic and administrative guidance to ensure the effectiveness of our educational programs and initiatives. Reporting directly to the Dean, you will work closely with the leadership team to execute strategic objectives and improve the overall student experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with the team to formulate and execute strategic initiatives
  • Oversee and mentor faculty members, administrative managers, and support personnel
  • Effectively manage conflicts and enhance team dynamics
  • Assess, design, and roll out new educational programs and initiatives
  • Guarantee excellence in teaching and learning methodologies

Requirements:

  • A Master's Degree is mandatory; a Doctorate is highly preferred
