Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Personal Support Worker to join our team. As a Personal Support Worker, you will provide personal care and support to our clients, assisting with daily living activities, mobility, and other essential tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with mobility and transfers, including walking and using assistive devices
  • Help with daily living activities, such as meal preparation and eating
  • Provide companionship and social support to clients
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
  • Monitor and report changes in client condition

Qualifications

  • PSW certificate or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to care
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
