Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Sign Maker to join our team at Topmade Plastics & Neon Signs Ltd. The ideal candidate will have experience in fabricating signs and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sign Fabrication: Operate machinery to fabricate signs and other plastic products.
  • Quality Control: Inspect manufactured items for defects and conformance to specifications.
  • Material Handling: Load, feed, or place materials into machines and handle heavy loads.
  • Assembly and Finishing: Assemble parts and components to form final products and sand, trim, grind, or clean products into final form using hand tools.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Change machinery attachments and perform routine maintenance tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset or equivalent experience.
  • Physical Demands: Repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, manual dexterity, attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and combination of sitting, standing, walking.
  • Equipment and Machinery Experience: Hand tools.
  • Transportation: Own transportation or public transportation available.
