Job Title: Sign Installer

We are seeking a skilled Sign Installer to join our team at Topmade Plastics & Neon Signs Ltd. As a Sign Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining signs and awnings at various locations.

Work Environment

Our Sign Installers work in a fast-paced environment, often outdoors and at heights. They must be physically demanding and able to handle heavy loads. The work setting is varied, with installations taking place in construction, renovation, and rural areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine layout and installation procedures
  • Measure and mark guidelines for installations
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications
Requirements
  • Aerial lift and aerial work platform Certification
  • Working at heights training
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
  • Fall Arrest Protection Training Course
