Position Overview

Victoria Gymnastics Downtown is seeking a dedicated Gymnastics Coach to join our team. This role involves working with athletes of various skill levels to enhance their performance and skills in gymnastics.

Qualifications
  • Education: No formal degree required.
  • Experience: Previous coaching experience is an asset.
Work Environment
  • Non-smoking facility.
  • Focus on gymnastics training and development.
Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and lead training sessions tailored to athletes' needs.
  • Evaluate and analyze performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct assessments of potential athletes' skills.
  • Provide first aid and necessary support during training.
  • Maintain administrative tasks, including filing and record-keeping.
Certifications Required
  • Level 1 Certificate in Coaching.
  • CPR Certification.
