Position Overview:

As a Personal Support Worker at CB Canada, you will play a crucial role in a dynamic, multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing exceptional services and programs to our clients. This position is vital in ensuring that our clients receive comprehensive care tailored to their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care tasks.
  • Enhance the quality of life for clients by fostering their independence, dignity, comfort, safety, and mobility.
  • Address the social, emotional, spiritual, and physical needs of clients.
  • Support Service Staff with clerical tasks and environmental assistance within your area of expertise.
Qualifications:
  • Completion of a Health Care Aid or Personal Support Worker Certificate from an accredited program.
  • Preferred experience of 1 to 2 years in a similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certifications are mandatory.
