Event Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Planner to join our team at Denny's Restaurants. As an Event Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing events, conferences, and meetings with precision and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and plan events, conferences, and meetings from start to finish
- Develop and manage event budgets, timelines, and schedules
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand event objectives and requirements
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external partners to ensure seamless event execution
- Manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, and transportation
- Develop and implement event marketing strategies to promote events and increase attendance
- Ensure event compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- 2 years of experience in event planning, coordination, or a related field
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in event planning software and tools
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends
