About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cashier to join our team at Tyson Corporation. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Cash Register: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, credit, and debit card payments, and maintain a clean and organized cash handling area.
  • Process Transactions: Scan items, receive payment for goods or services, and provide change as needed.
  • Stock Shelves and Clean Counter Area: Maintain a clean and organized store environment by restocking shelves and cleaning the counter area.
  • Provide Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Assist with Self-Checkout: Assist customers with self-checkout and provide support as needed.
  • Verify Age for Age-Restricted Products: Verify the age of customers when selling lottery tickets, alcohol, or tobacco products.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
