Your Role

As a Geotechnical Technical Director, you will oversee significant geotechnical projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and effectively. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing extensive geotechnical assessments.
  • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with projects.
  • Handling complex technical challenges.
  • Establishing and upholding relevant standards and procedures.
  • Advising on innovative methods and tools.
  • Coaching and mentoring team members.
  • Contributing to proposals for new services.
  • Preparing detailed reports.
  • Overseeing the financial and administrative aspects of projects while maintaining client relationships.
  • Advancing the geotechnical discipline within our organization.
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in civil or geological engineering.
  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, particularly in infrastructure projects.
  • Membership in a recognized engineering order.
  • Strong communication and project management abilities.
  • Fluency in French for technical documentation.
  • Proficiency in English to collaborate with teams outside the region.
Preferred Skills
  • Master's degree in civil or geological engineering.
  • Experience in the mining sector.
  • Publication of technical articles.
