Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Identity and Access Management to join our team. This role will be responsible for supporting the IAM Strategy function to ensure alignment of IAM strategies to Global Cyber Security goals and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the IAM IT strategic direction, providing technology thought leadership and strategic solutions that enhance and support business processes in alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide support and leadership in establishing and implementing enterprise standards, guidelines, and best practices for the development and deployment of solutions across IAM.
  • Drive IAM strategic initiatives and enhancements, identifying business and product requirements, developing detailed plans, and leading project teams to implement solutions on budget and on schedule.
  • Perform planning activities along with PMO to request any required planning, funding, and resourcing activities.
  • Work with various partners in technology, lines of business, and risk functions to drive alignment of overall strategic and business objectives.
  • Identify and document all required activities to address any regulatory or audit requirements on an ongoing basis.
  • Perform and drive any IAM assessment and remediation activities, including assisting with the onboarding/implementation of controls and ensuring findings exist where applicable.
  • Perform remediation planning of any IAM-related gaps, including building plans, tracking, and monitoring of remediation efforts by IAM or application owners.
  • Champion the creation of metrics to monitor the delivery and effectiveness of IAM strategies.
Requirements
  • Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at varying levels.
  • Excellent written skills for executive and regulatory audiences.
  • Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple work streams.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • IAM understanding (IAM products, relevant technology, and industry best practices).
  • Ability to identify and mitigate gaps related to IT Risk or IAM maturity.
  • IT Risk management experience (e.g., controls, audits).
  • Undergraduate degree.
