We are looking for a seasoned professional in the legal domain to take on the role of Legal Affairs Director. This position is ideal for an individual with extensive experience in municipal law who is eager to contribute their expertise in a dynamic environment. You will be responsible for delivering high-level legal counsel to the organization, overseeing risk management and litigation processes, and representing the organization in various legal settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic legal guidance to the organization;
- Manage legal risks and oversee litigation matters;
- Represent the organization in court and other legal forums;
- Draft and negotiate contracts and legal documents;
- Conduct thorough legal research;
- Assist the organization’s secretary and act as deputy secretary.

Qualifications:
