Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at P & B Truck and Tire Technician Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Manage and distribute mail and other materials, maintaining a well-organized and efficient office environment.
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring seamless coordination with team members and external stakeholders.
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Compile data, statistics, and other information, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory, ensuring a well-stocked and efficient office environment.
- Greet visitors and direct them to contacts or service areas, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, ensuring easy access to important documents and records.
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Willingness to relocate for this position.
- MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, MS Word, and MS Office skills.
- 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Permanent work term.
- Work language: English.
