About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Waste Management Specialist to join our team at Dillon Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our solid waste management projects, waste management planning, and approvals.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of solid waste management plans, including waste diversion programs and waste management facilities.
  • Conduct assessments, calculations, and data analysis to support planning and engineering activities.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, environmental scientists, and other stakeholders to deliver multidisciplinary design projects.
  • Perform field work related to construction observation, data collection, and inspection.
  • Coordinate and manage project tasks, budgets, and schedules.

  • Contribute to Dillon's corporate profile through active participation in professional associations and committees.

Qualifications

  • A degree in engineering, environmental sciences, or planning.
  • 2-5 years of experience in solid waste management, preferably in a consulting environment.
