About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaner Supervisor to join our team at 1405871 B.C. LTD. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties efficiently.
  • Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and financial records to ensure the efficient operation of our cleaning services.
  • Client Focus: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure that our cleaning services are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Physical Demands: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment
  • Security Clearance: Criminal record check
