Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Systems Administrator to enhance our operations at our head office. This role is crucial in aligning our technological capabilities with the business objectives of Sunrise Records.

Key Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between business requirements and existing systems, implementing effective solutions to enhance system performance.
- Oversee the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various systems, ensuring they evolve with the company’s growth.
- Manage user profiles across multiple platforms for both retail locations and corporate offices.
- Ensure data integrity through validation processes, including daily uploads and downloads, and facilitate data flow between systems.
- Lead diverse projects across platforms, including Intelocate, InfoPOS, and the Microsoft suite, with a focus on Outlook and Excel.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in project management is advantageous.
- Proficiency in software development or scripting is a plus.
- Bilingual candidates with the ability to read and write in French are encouraged to apply.
