About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Support Worker to join our team at Millhouse Resthome Inc. As a Personal Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accompany residents on outdoor recreational activities to promote socialization and physical well-being
  • Perform various tasks related to patient care and comfort, including serving meal trays and maintaining residents' rooms
  • Bathe, dress, and groom residents with dignity and respect
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as feeding and making beds
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate
  • Criminal record check
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
