Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Support Worker to join our team at Millhouse Resthome Inc. As a Personal Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Accompany residents on outdoor recreational activities, promoting socialization and engagement.
  • Perform various tasks related to patient care and comfort, including serving meal trays, making beds, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, while maintaining residents' dignity and respect.
  • Ensure residents' safety and security by adhering to our facility's policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate.
  • Criminal record check.
