We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Architect to lead the design and validation of a solution for an on-prem contact center system to cloud migration project for a large federal department.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and validate the solution between CCaaS cloud platform and Contact Center and Remote Agents, ensuring optimal traffic optimization and service quality.
  • Establish a lab environment for the Proof of Concept.
  • Contribute to the migration plan, methodology, and process development for CCaaS transformation.
  • Identify and update the inventory on the production system and prepare comprehensive documentation.
  • Develop the security design document (SDD), high-level design document (HLD), and present the solution to the Architecture Review Board for approval.
  • Collaborate with various functional teams to meet tight deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in facilitating the migration of on-prem contact centers to cloud-based solutions.
  • Extensive experience with cloud connectivity models for CCaaS solutions and knowledge of cloud environments (Azure, AWS, etc.).
  • Experience with on-prem contact center to CCaaS migration projects in large enterprise contact center environments with 100+ call flows across different regions.
