Position: Store Manager

The Store Manager plays a crucial role in driving revenue while overseeing the daily operations of the store. This position is accountable for ensuring that the team meets sales targets and effectively trains and mentors staff members. The Store Manager's responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess business needs to maximize sales performance.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain a strong management and associate team.
  • Provide coaching and training to staff, fostering a culture of growth.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service across the team.
  • Set and communicate clear expectations for team performance.
  • Manage labor costs and inventory shrinkage while ensuring compliance with audit standards.
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures by staff.
  • Uphold visual merchandising standards as per company guidelines.
  • Oversee all daily operational tasks to ensure efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a management role within retail.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Proven ability to interpret business trends to enhance sales.
  • Demonstrated capacity to mentor and develop team members.
  • Excellent communication, delegation, and follow-up abilities.
  • Capability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: 40-44 hours per week, including weekends and holidays. Availability for overtime may be required.
