Warehouse Operations Manager

TIARA DOORS AND MOULDING LTD. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our warehouse.
Key Responsibilities:- Co-ordination and Organisation: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports to management on warehouse activities and performance.
- Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be carried out on equipment and facilities.
- Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Staff Management: Recruit and hire staff, conduct performance reviews, and co-ordinate, assign, and review work.
- Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
- Operational Logistics: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with attention to detail required.
- Personal Suitability: Flexibility, judgement, organized, reliability, and a team player.
Work Term: Permanent
Work Language: English
Hours: 40 hours per week
